We are trying to monitor a log file on Windows 2008 R2 server.
When we add a custom log path we have a message "FILE NOT FOUND ON DISK"
The path is like:
The OneAgent was installed with the administrator account
The agent run with the system user
I tried to find a solution to know why Dynatrace can not find this path
Hope someone can help
I think the issue is with the path not meeting the criteria:
Files are located in a directory called log or logs (limited up to 2 levels)
If possible, change the path for the log file to e.g. D:\expllog\log\Bdoc-Web.log and see if it then detects it?
