Set Log analytics to On
On a per host basis
Select a host
Select the process to be attached with the log.
In the Log files section of the page (alternatively,
look for the No log files section if no log files are associated with
the process), click the Configure more log files link.
On the Process group settings page, select
the Log monitoring tab.
Click Add new log file for monitoring.
Type the filepath of the log file to be associated with this
process group. Only absolute paths are allowed.
Click Save.

Normally all above actions are not required. If you installed Oneagent with default parameters, by downloading from "Deploy Dynatrace" page, all logs should be enabled and discovered automatically and available in Log Viewer interface.
I tried that approach already , by default it is accepting .log extension files for WL we have applicative logs inside the file with extension .out ( configured default in the nodemanger ) , i want to include also this file in log monitoring but it is not allowing to add this format
ok, than adding custom logfile from answer above should help
