Hi,
we have experienced issues after upgrading OneAgent to version 1.175. Our application experienced issues (slow response time, failed connections). Based on the logs the timestamp matches exactly the time when OneAgent was updated.
Have anyone else experienced such issues with that version of OneAgent?
Cheers,
Konstantin
Solved! Go to Solution.
I suggest to look at the agent log files first and then open a support ticket immediately. Typically however until you have restarted the application, Oneagent will not be upgraded within the running processes. But please be aware, that the Oneagent JavaScript library will be upgraded dynamically at runtime.
On what technology you have impact? .NET or Java? We don't see such impact (we have 1.175 since few days) on different enviornments. I suggest support ticket on higher severity as well if this is production

Hi Sebastian,
affected application is on Java. We are still waiting for the customer to provide the OneAgent logs.
Cheers,
Konstantin
Oneagent logs can be downloaded directly from the tenant if the host is up and Oneagent is still running. At the host level, just open the 3 dot menu, and choose Download support archive.
