We are not able to see the data for the measure thread concurrent hung count for one of our websphere application. we did verified the configuration of the websphere agent at application and on dynatrace end and couldnt see any issues.
As per our investigation seems dynatrace is no capturing the data for this measure since the application instrumented with dynatrace.
IHAC who is experiencing the same issue and I've made sure the PMI metrics plugin is set to be focused on the specific process that is said to be experiencing hung threads. However, the charts for this custom metric to be shown is presenting as 0 throughout. Any tips / advice from anyone what needs to be further configured?
