Enrich your monitoring setup by enabling HAProxy monitoring:

Through Managed environment, navigate Manage > Settings > Monitoring > Monitored technologies > HAProxy

• ensure oneagent is deployed and active on the servers where haproxy is configured.
• you can proceed with environment level configuration as below
