BMC remedy integration with dynatrace

Hi 
i want to integrate BMC remedy with dynatrace , so when the alert get triggered from Dynatrace, remedy Work order should be created to track the efforts  and progress on the alert investigation. 
can someone please confirm if it is possible, if yes then please share the steps

If you use webhook integration you can call remedy api to create incident f.e.:

In addition to the provided guidance by @rastislav_danis 

It's applicable and it falls under custom integration.

• Ensure the stable communications between Dynatrace and the target integration instance endpoint over https port 443.

Integration procedures as follows: 

• Manage > Settings > Integration > Problem notifications > Custom Integration.

Provide the below parameters:

• The integration name.
• Webhook URL.
• Accept any SSL certificate (including self signed and invalid certificates)
• Enable call webhook if new events merge into existing problems
• Enable webhook if problem is closed

Optional:

• Additional Http headers.
• Authorization header "if exist"
• Custom Payload "Customizable".

Tip:

• Select the required alerting profile, incase of default ensure using the proper tagging in the custom payload.
