we have a RO_DBA account used to auto discover the container and and Pluggable DB of an Oracle database
Need to monitor across a large number of pluggable databases spread across a large number of Oracle Virtual machines that a have the Dynatrace agent installed .
Ideally will like to monitor if this RO_DBA account is locked and triggers an alert to the application owner
