Dynatrace IBM ISAM extension

Hi guys, I am trying on IBM ISAM custom extension but encounter error below when I opt for collect thread option.

Did anyone using this extension and face the same issue. Without choosing collect thread option, it is working fine.

Checking on the error online: 403 is about client authorization. I have tested username with all scenarios: (total access given: read/ write/ none) 

FULL READ (all access with read)

FULL WRITE (all access with write)

Both are getting the same error.

Hi @Starhut,

Have you alerady cheked the extension log on the AG (or from the AG support archive)? Some months ago I also tested this extenion and it was very useful. Be careful with many reverse proxy instances and junctons there were a huge CPU consumtion on ISAM side with the 1.006 version. I asked the extension team to extend the configuration with the frequency of polling (maybe it was the root of the CPU saturation). It seems 1.007 has this configuration...

Unfortuantely I had no chance to thes the thread stats. Clinet did not provide user and pw for it...
