Dynatrace Solution Server by ESA Extension

Has anyone got the Solution Server by ESA extension working? It is available in the hub right now. I am running into an issue getting the UI interface to show, see https://docs.services.dynatrace.com/#/esa-solution-server/README.md

@travis_anderson are you still having issues? Are you able to provide us with any error messages that may have been displayed? If you corrected the problem would you mind sharing with us what you did in order to resolve it?
