Error in VSCODE when trying to add the environment to the DB2 custom extension

Hi,

I am getting the below error in VSCODE when i am trying to add the environment to the DB2 custom extension

Error running command dynatrace-extensions-environments.addEnvironment: command 'dynatrace-extensions-environments.addEnvironment' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes dynatrace-extensions-environments.addEnvironment.

I tried to uninstall and install the extension multiple times but had no luck previously it worked fine without any issues.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
