Error on NetScaler extension

Hi Everyone,

We have configured the NetScaler balancer extension. However it throws an error with the following message: "local variable 'service' referenced before assignment" (attached reference image). Could you help me to what is the cause of this error?

Can you raise a support ticket for this.
I would need to check through the logs in a support archive to better understand why this this error is being raised.

Do you use all of the feature sets?
