Failover mode metric for MS SQL extension

The MS SQL extension to gather a metric that could detect and alert when a cluster fails over to another node. The current "failover mode" metric just gives a status of manual or automatic and does not fit our use case.

What about the MSSQL logs? Were you able to capture the failover from logs and create log metric?
