We have deployed a plugin on active gate server, and we have added endpoint also in technologies and custom device it is giving response time data. But when we are trying to configure the same query chart in the data explorer, we are getting no data. Could you please suggest why it is happening and how we will troubleshoot this.
We have checked that this plugin is working for mysql database. But when we are trying to configure the end point for the oracle we are not getting any data.
