We activated a SAP custom Extension in our customer environment, we configured a custom device and an application (SAP Produzione). We activated also all the tasks to catch every event.
For tuning we disabled a metric that generated problems like "Custom application unexpected drop in usage". At the moment, we would like to catch other kind of events, like users that cannot login or users that cannot lauch a transaction. I talked with the support via chat ad I also opened a ticket (@40698) but unfortunately I understood that there are no metrics that can help us finalize this customer request. Can you help me to create them?
