Instrument Activegate Extensions with OpenTelemetry?

Got me to check the support for traces, and yes it's been there for some time:

Got me wondering if someone has managed to instrument something like an Activegate extension???

We instrumented extensions with the SDK a few times so it should work. If you're relying on the OA injection for communication it won't though as the plugin agent is listed as do not inject.
