Limit JMX extension to be enabled on select openshift hosts

We have a number openshift hosts with the app-only version of openshift agent deployed as outlined in: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-support/cloud-platforms/openshift/other-deployment...

I have also created a JMX plugin so as to be able to monitor some JMX metrics:
CurrentCapacity
CurrCapacityHighCount
ConnectionsTotalCount
ConnectionDelayTime
ActiveConnectionsHighCount
ActiveConnectionsCurrentCount
ActiveConnectionsAverageCount

I have the option "Monitor the environment" turned off as I don't want this JMX plugin to apply to all applicable hosts in my environment.
As outlined in the documentation: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/extend-dynatrace/extensions/jmx-extensions/jmx-extensions/?_g...

1. Immediately after you add your JMX extension, go to Settings> Monitored technologies > Custom extensions tab and disable it globally.
2. Navigate to individual host pages, open the host settings, find your JMX extension and enable it.

I can follow the steps 1, and 2 to enable the JMX plugin on each openshift node manually, but the nature of the openshift nodes is that they are dynamically deployed, so when new openshift pods are dynamically deployed I would also like to have this JMX Plugin enabled at the same time, automatically. Can anyone suggest a way to do this?
Thanks

@Brent S. If this does not exist, you can always toss in a RFE to let the development team know that this is something you'd like to have.
