Method=query: SecretServerClientError() in Python 2.0 extension

Hi all, I have a question in the python 1.0 we used to do this.

and in 2.0 activationSchema.json
i have this. i added the "key" field after was converted from 1.0


but am getting error 
Method=query: SecretServerClientError()

this is my setup

what is causing the error?, and do i need to add anything in my activation.json
