Not able to see services for .NET process

Hi Team,

We’ve installed the OneAgent on our Windows hosts, and the process group AD_Prd – Microsoft.ActiveDirectory.WebServices.exe is being detected correctly. The following technologies are identified:

• Main technology: .NET (NET Framework 4.8.4110)

• Secondary technologies:

  • CLR (FullCLR 4.0.30319.0)

  • WCF (4.8.4110.0)

Deep monitoring has been enabled on the process, and we have already restarted/updated the process as required. However, the related services are still not being captured in Dynatrace.

Could you please help us understand why the services are not being detected and guide us on what additional steps might be needed?

Hi @dannemca & @Kenny_Gillette,

We have completed the process restart, and no "process restart pending" warning message is currently displayed. Could this issue be related to an unsupported framework?
