Reasons for failed requests string length

Can we increase the message string length of the reasons for failed requests? The following string is an example where we do not know after the spent w ..........

Root causes for requests that failed with System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException / Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. Even in OneAgent SDK is there limit. I suppose that this can be because of memory consumption. If really long messages will be taken for exceptions you can produce overhead because of that.

Sometimes customers/vendors ask us to provide the complete string.
