Assignment group configuration for moogsoft integration

Hi Team,

We have done the custom integration with Moogsoft(on-premise). Regarding the assignment group for alerting. Is any configuration present at DT to populate assignment group for DT events in Moogsoft?

I did checked the possibility with custom payload, but I don't see available placeholders to pass the assignment group parameter.

Kindly help me on that. Thanks in advance.

What is the assignment group?

Did you integrate Dynatrace with LDAP?

Thanks for the response.  We are planning to DT integrate with Azure AD.

Assignment group can either be an email address or queue name of respective application team.

So the ticketing will done with help of email address or queue name in service now.

**Moogsoft is integrated to SNOW.

Please correct me if I am wrong that you are looking for the 'Sender email address' that should be the "Assignment group email address".

Hello Babar,

I want to pass the Assignment group value, as in the sample below or could be any receivers email address. 
Receivers may vary from application to application.
