I recently configured the Dynatrace Incident Integration module in ServiceNow. I have about a weeks worth of monitoring that poured in, and verified that the problems are being mapped into incidents successfully. The one issue I have run into so far is that when an alert resolves within Dynatrace, it does not update successfully within ServiceNow as resolved. I know there is an option within ServiceNow to automatically resolve incidents if the monitored problem is resolved. Is there anything I need to adjust in order to make this happen? Appreciate any help.
