For Moogsoft you would most likely want to push problems from Dynatrace to Moogsoft, which should be possible via a custom webhook. You should check the Moogsoft documentation for that.
Agreed. Pushing from Dynatrace to MoogSoft is the way to go. MoogSoft does have an out of the box integration on their side for Dynatrace, but all it's doing is a query and you have to provide credentials. I am currently kicking the tires on MoogSoft and found that going from Dynatrace to MoogSoft is the best method. Hope that helps.
Hi - when using the webook from Dynatrace, it is not possible to send the raw events... only a summary of the problem and the impacted entities that were there when the problem was first opened.
