We have webhook integration into MyCom for problem resolution. We were under the impression that this is near real time? We are getting a 30 min difference from problem being seen in the dashboard and the webhook being generated?

Please check which AlertingProfile is set as filter for your configured WebHook notification. The default delay for resource and slowdown problems is 30min. You can easily set that delay to zero delay to get an immediate notification.
