Does someone have the information of ServiceNow Integration?
Our customer will test ServiceNow Integration of ServiceNow App. They wants to check some resource information ( host's CPU, Memory, Disk measurements) on ServiceNow dashboards.
Is it possible to show the resource trend information on ServiceNow dashboards with Dynatrace integration of ServiceNow App?
Thank you for your reply. This is an important feature for us. But it is difficult to support from Dynatrace professional service team in Japan.
If we want to put metrics information into ServiceNow, should we call the Timeseries API or Metrics API v2 from ServiceNow side?
I wanted to check something before I suggest something on this. Why do they need to get these metrics for a host on a Servicenow dashboard when they can see it on the Dynatrace side on a dashboard. I would like to understand the use case here. Are they going to get some secondary information in Servicenow which is not available in Dynatrace?
This solution will be custom and we need to check how we can do this on the Servicenow side to chart this on the dashboards and won't be available OOB. Please contact the customer's account manager with Dynatrace and they can probably guide you in the right direction
