Has anyone done an integration with Remedy that can give some more details or helpful pointers.
It looks possible that one can open tickets on remedy when a problem happens through custom integration, but more information or tips from previous experience would be very helpful.

I’m not working with remedy but I hope it will be the same as in pagerduty and service now. Dynatrace will send payload via we hook integration on problem start and end. So generally you should be able to start and close tickets automatically, but many times case where problem is ended still remain some explenation. 🙂
