Hello,
When looking at the json events send to ServiceNow ITOM, I notice that a problem number is send and not the eventid. Is this correct? In the past I think have seen an unique event_id in the json did that change?

hello, found the answer in serviceNow docs,

I assume SN message_key is the DT message_id?
