Looking at the documentation it looks like the problem record gets pushed to ServiceNow and is automatically transformed into an incident when using the incident integration module.
Just curious if this also happens when using Event Integration or if it is just the events that get sent over.
I would like to send events and problem records.

For Incident management records - we have a flow diagram on how it all happens in our Integration help page and yes we use transform map for incidents
For Events, we also push raw events into ServiceNow using the Bulk events API and once events gets created it just follows the default Event rules in ServiceNow to convert into alerts. Details again in the Events help page above. Let me know if you have any further questions on this
