Alerting Profiles in Dynatrace are created based on Tags and then the alerting profile is included in the configuration to integrate with SNOW so yes it is a combination of both.

Could someone help with the workflow for the below requirement
Lets assume I have two Application servers running WebSphere, If I do autotagging, How do I use tagging to identify the resolvergroup in SNOW.
EG: ApplicationServer A Websphere issues should go to resolver group1 and
ApplicationServer B Websphere issues should go to resolver group2
