What is the best option to Integrate Dyntrace Managed and SNOW Resolver Group?

EG: DB alerts should go to DBA support etc. Should we use Tag or Altering Profile ? Looks like it should be a combination of both

Hi Kamal,

Alerting Profiles in Dynatrace are created based on Tags and then the alerting profile is included in the configuration to integrate with SNOW so yes it is a combination of both.

Could someone help with the workflow for the below requirement

Lets assume I have two Application servers running WebSphere, If I do autotagging, How do I use tagging to identify the resolvergroup in SNOW.

EG: ApplicationServer A Websphere issues should go to resolver group1 and

ApplicationServer B Websphere issues should go to resolver group2
