Hi Team,
Ansible Tower integration is not working, getting the below message after selecting 'Send test notification'.
The user details entered in Dynatrace are authorized to trigger the playbook from Ansible Tower.
Hi there,
HTTP 503 means that we can't reach Ansible. Is there a Firewall before Ansible which is blocking the traffic.
Are you able to test it without Dynatrace, f.e. with a Powershell / Python script?

I have similar issue and we can do it from the Active gate with Python script and not via Problem Notification
What does the logging say? I've got problem notification running from DT Managed to Ansible tower without any problems.
Could you check the logging if you enable problem notification. Also, whats the content / body you are sending?
KR.
