In 12.3, a new column appears on the dashboard Application Health Status, it's "Primary rason for slowness".
In a customer platform, this information isn't displayed all the time, only when the application/transaction is consired in the status warning or severe regarding the thresholds configuration. So, if I modify the warning threshold from its defult value 95% to 99%, most of the applications go to the warning status and the column "Primary reason for slowness" is displayed.
My question is : when this column is displayed in the AHS dashboard? Only for BU in warning/severe status as I understand?

Primary reason for slowness (PRFS) icon
should be only visible when all of the following conditions are met:
- The primary source for given application/transaction/step is Probe (not
- There is data for PRFS
- The health icon is in yellow or red state
- There are at least 5% of slow operations
