I have an AMD probe behind a couple of firewall, as documentation there are more communication ports other than 443 from management servers (CAS - RUM Console) to the AMD: 9091, 9094 and 9092.
Do I have to demand to security people to open all these port or the 443 is the only one required ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
The default ports have changed over time. Which version of DCRUM are you using?
For 12.4.12 - my system shows:
443 - used for the CAS to communicate with the AMD (data acquisition and RUM Console)
22 - for SSH - the source can be from the CAS or a laptop/workstation for administration purposes
UDP 514 for TCAM agents to send data to the AMD.
You may also want to have security open the IP address/Port for out-of-band management (ILo, DRAC, CIMC) depending on your hardware and if it was purchased.
