Hello.

for the 100-th time Customer can`t provide Linux with kickstart installer.

All packeges was installed and i have successfully installed AMD.

I have no missed deps or pkg`s.

The main problem is: AMD not starting:

ndstop & ndstart

Starting Dynatrace CVA Console Basic Analyzer...
-- Subject: Unit cba.service has begun start-up
Apr XXX chmod[26641]: /usr/bin/chmod: cannot access ‘/sys/class/dmi/id/product_uuid’: No such file or directory
Apr XXX chmod[26642]: /usr/bin/chmod: cannot access ‘/sys/class/dmi/id/product_uuid’: No such file or directory

In logs i have no error information. Status of service "activating"

Will be happy to accept any help.

Regards,

Alexander

What version is this? If a supported version (2018 or 2019), open a support ticket and attach 'gather' archive to the ticket.

Hi

Can you check if can RHEL OS determine machine's UUID:

Run command

[root@amdprobe ~]# dmidecode |grep -i uuid

Is the BIOS sharing host’s UUID ?

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=961906 ?

Hello Janusz,

I have checked Product ID, Serial ID in Bios. It is not defined.

So I will update this settings and after that will update this topic.

Thank you for hint.

Regards,

Alexander
