Please confirm a few things:
1) In the console under transactions please select global configuration. Then select the transaction in question and verify the checkbox for screenshot is selected.
2) Verify that the transaction hit the availablitly threshold you specified in the global configuration.
Yes checkbox for screenshot is selected.
And if the availabilty threshold is breached then also it captured the screenshot please check the below screenshot:
But for some transaction there is no screenshot. As shown in below screenshot:
So i am trying to find out what could be the reason for not capturing the screenshot. Kindly help to resolve this issue.
