Baseline doesn't show up in AHS despite have been configured so in RUM Console for CAS

Refer to this diagram, why is there no baseline generated?

Also, I am aware of the value of RTM_DATAFILL_FACTOR in Admin Console (https://answers.dynatrace.com/spaces/160/open-q-a_2/questions/190570/controlling-baseline-data-generation.html), and what it means. And that definitely isn't the reason that's causing this.

What else am I missing?

Hi,

by default, baseline data is calculated over the last nine days. It will take time to generate baseline data. Maybe this is the scenario here?

The DCRUM has been running for a few years already in the client site, so that couldn't be the scenario here.

Also, another client site where DCRUM also running for few years already also have this phenomenon. In that client site, baseline only available for certain application, and only for certain resolution in AHS report.
