CAS restart due to failed connect to CSS

Hi All,

I'm using CAS 12.4.10, today I found that the CAS restart automatically and the reason was "no connection to CSS server". This issue was happened twice since this morning, is there a way to increase the timeout / or frequency of checking CSS connection?

I'll upgrade to DCRUM May2017 a few months later. However, is there any workaround before I upgrade the system?

Much appreciate for any ideas/comments.

Hi Sylvian, this sounds like a problem ticket to our support. Forum is not the best place to address it (we'd likely need to see what happened examining logs from your installation, etc) or schedule a webex/zoom session to address it.
