To reset the adminuser password to make sure that you can access, try the following:
First execute the following query. Remember to stop CSS service beforehand: (In old DCRUM installs, CSS db is called CompuwareSecurity)
SELECT a.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL_ID,[PRINCIPAL_NAME],[DESCRIPTION],[FIRST_NAME],[LAST_NAME],[PASSWORD_ID]FROM [DynatraceSecurity].[dbo].[SECURITY_PRINCIPAL] a,[DynatraceSecurity].[dbo].[PASSWORD] bwhere a.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL_ID = b.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL_IDorder by b.CREATION_DATE desc
Keep the password ID, then execute the following query, replacing the password id with the value obtained from the above query
update dbo.PASSWORD set CREATION_DATE ='1442326086643',Encoded_password='$2a$07$CH/sqR5wNahmMd7NQ2/1zOb4waMQ//w71Oaq08/0AYkLBSBcw6JuW'where PASSWORD_ID = X
After this start the CSS service again. The adminuser password should be adminuser.
