Can I set a custom threshold for baseline in a DMI report.

I have a DMI report with operation count and
operation count baseline. I have a threshold set to be yellow if the
count is 150% of baseline and red is the count is 200% of baseline. My
issue is the threshold triggers in both directions, meaning if the count is
less than 150% of baseline it will show yellow and if the count is 150% greater
than the baseline it will show yellow. For the purposes of this report I
what the threshold to only trigger if the operation count is less than the
baseline. Is there a way to write a custom threshold to only trigger if the
count is less than the baseline?

Hi Bob,

You can edit the number of colors/thresholds you can set. If you click the minus symbol, you can remove one threshold so that it only changes when it goes above or below 150% of the baseline value.

Hope that helps.

Use the + and - to set the number of thresholds, set the colors as desired (by clicking on the color in the threshold) and set the threshold value to change as needed.

For example to trigger if the count is too high or too low try the following:

In this case it will trigger as you described at 150% and 200% but also if the count is half of normal.

In the event you only want to trigger when it's low try setting only 2 colors (remove the others by using the "-" sign:

If the value goes below the baseline at all - it should turn orange.

Or am I missing the mark on what you wish to do?

John that was it, I always think of having a value in here that is greater than 100% since I normally use it in Time reporting. So I reduce the threshold to one value, set it to red, and put 25 as the value. This way when the current value is 25% of the baseline, it will show as red. Thanks for the help.
