We have synthetic monitoring in place by using some third party software.
Around 40 application are scripted & this software runs all the scripts with predefined interval from 20 specific locations. We have created 40 users for these 40 monitored application.
When we check in DCRUM for any user specific report then these location IP & dummy users (40) name also comes into picture. I want to exclude this IP or username from all the DCRUM traffic or reports.
Is there any way I can do this?

There are two ways to do this whether permanently exclude IP ranges from ADM services analysis or filter your report to negate the IP Addresses.
Check the below link for step-by-step to exclude the IPs from the AMD.
Also you can ignore clients for the operations prospectus.
First step is to add IP definition on http://your-CAS/DiagConsole#/userprops?filter=PROTOCOL_MAPPING page:
Second is to go to: http://your-CAS/ApplTypeConf page and map the defined protocol to synthetic traffic type:
As a result the following can be displayed on DMI report:
And the best part is that all traffic that is marked as synthetic type is excluded in Applications and Tiers 🙂

Thanks for the details steps. But I have queries here, do I need follow your step as 1st step & then apply Babar Q steps & also will it reduce the user count significantly from DMI report like shown in below screenshot. I'm referring to below count?
I think you have two options in dealing with the synthetics.
If you classify the traffic as synthetic many of the out-of-the-box reports will report the real user traffic. Using the "traffic type" dimension you can specify real or synthetic to report on that traffic. OOB reports usually have the traffic type = real filter set.
Your follow up question (user counts in the attached jpg) depends on the dimensions used and if any filtering is applied. You can have synthetics counted, or not by adding/removing the filter. That's one of the great things about DCRUM DMI reports - you have complete control.
