Cannot connect AMD to RUM Console

Hello all,

Here is my issue (AMD v12.1.3 on RHEL6.2) :

 

The AMD is freshly reinstalled. We had no issue to connect it before.

I checked the interfaces avec the rtminst -> "2 Interface identification and network setup" menu and the HTTPS connection with the  rtminst -> "3 AMD setup" -> "2 Enabling and port selection for data transfer over HTTPS" and everything looks fine.

I don't know where else I can check.

Could you please help me?

Somebody from the support team has to check logs in order to say what's going there. Please open support ticket and attach there logs from DCRUM Console (C:\Program Files\Compuware\RUM Console\cva\eclipse\workspace\logs\) and two logs (rtmgate.log, rtm.log) from the AMD.

Hello,

Yes, it works now.

We had some network issue, traffic had not been authorized correctly.

Have you checked the probes iptables? and your network firewall rules?
