Cannot login to CAS

Hi,

This might be a very dumb question, but I am not able to login to CAS. When I reach CAS URL, I see a page with title "Please login". However there is not boxes to input any credentials.

I have added CAS to the RUM Console and I cannot see errors related to login on the log files.

This CAS will only be responsible for receiving Enterprise Synthetic transactions, so no AMD here.

Am I missing something here?

Can you attach a screenshot please?

Have you used different CAS version through the same browser on the same machine? Have you tried clearing browser's cache? Please provide a screenshot.

Hello @Igor S.

I had face the same issue with the 'IE' and then was resolved when I used the 'Chrome'.

Thanks for your help that was the trick. I managed to login using firefox.
