Check correct user mappings in DCRUM with AMD HS

We installed TCAM on Citrix-servers. We got performance data. Probably we don't see all username-IP mappings however. In DCRUM with the classic AMD you could check this with some show commands like "show mapstats global or byagent". These commands are not available on a HighSpeeId AMD anymore. What options do I have to check correct Username-IP mappings?

I've checked that syslog communication is working.

Regards

Paul

Paul,

To determine whether the AMD is picking up the mappings you can add the following line to /usr/adlex/config/rtm.config:

map.trace=true

and restart the rtmgate service. If the AMD is correctly configured to receive mappings, information about each received username will be logged in /var/log/adlex/rtmgate.log.

Please be sure to remove the line when finished testing, as having it enabled for a longer time will unnecessarily fill the log.

Wojtek.

Hi Wojtek,

this works (green arrow). Thanks. The returned other mapping messages are ignored?
