We are planning to install TCAM module to one of our Citrix XenApp environment. Would we really need to turn off the session reliability and why?
I can see from the current traffic that there is user session on port 2598, so it seems that the session reliability is turned on currently.

Disabling session reliability is not required. The only issue is that if session reliability is enabled AND clients connect to the Citrix server through NAT, TCAM will be unable to provide correct username mappings for frontend traffic (ICA sessions). Those usernames, however, will be extracted directly from ICA traffic by the ICA decode anyway, so users will appear on reports even if TCAM is unable to deliver usernames.
