Can anybody guide me to configure accurate username detection rule in DCRUM.
We have several application with SSO authentication. SSO application is not configured in DCRUM hence we have search user name in actual application post/get requests & by doing so only few usernames are getting listed. Rest of the rows having IP(Hostname) only.
Check the following documentation link to configuring user name recognition for HTTP in HTTP Mode:
You will have to create the software services before applying the above rules.
SS is already configured along with user name detection rule. You can see in screenshot.
In All users report you can seed that, very less number of username are getting detected. There are 473 rows in all user report out of which only 3 pages have username listed.
What is your user aggregation options?
FE mode records each client IP address separately (it ignores recognized user names and reports users with IP-address resolution).
Please make sure the following requirement and also read the complete documentation link for better understanding:

If you have a SSO user across various Software Services, you can still report him or her as the same user as long as you make sure to apply the following configuration to detect them.
Configure the first Software Service to detect a user associating him or her with particular cookie value. You need to define a search pattern matching a particular cookie value. When defining other software services, make sure the following conditions are met.
