I wanted to know if the transfert time (before seen by the probe) of the first packet (from client to server) and the transfert time (from server to client ) are part of the operation time.
Or the operation time starts precisely when the 1st packet is seen by the probe and the operation time is stopped when the last packet is seen by the AMD?
I know I am talking about very short time (close to RTT time) but a customer wants to know how it is measured

I know that the operation measure starts when the TCP connection starts. But when excatly the measure starts?
At T2? or at T1? if it's T1, how the probe can measure it?

So that means, in the operation time there is correction done by adding RTT ?
