I am using DCRUM 2017 SP5. For ticket generation using DCRUM email alert, I need to check how can an alert be suppressed for next 24 hours?
For example if monitored application's performance is below 80% with performance affected user more than 50 for 6 intervals, an alert should be generated. But once generated, the alert should not re-generate for next 24 hours (288 intervals).
Please let me know if it is feasible or any other condition of delayed consecutive alert can be achieved.

I guess you can use the propagation settings of 'Reissue every n minutes' to specifies the number of minutes that must elapse following the last notification of the alert before the alert notification is re-issued.
