DCRUM Alerts - Jira ticketing tool integration

Is DCRUM alerts - Jira ticketing tool integration possible? If yes, can anyone help with some documentation on this? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi there,

The capability of triggering the creation of JIRA incidents based on DCRUM alerts is technically possible, but it's going to require some programming to develop a custom script. The most helpful resource I can link you to is Creating ServiceNow incident using PowerShell script and REST, which describes the same functionality and has an example script - just for ServiceNow instead of JIRA. Basically, when a DCRUM alert is generated, the parameters of that alert (application, start time, metric value, etc) can be passed to a "script recipient", e.g. a PowerShell script residing on the CAS file system.
