The capability of triggering the creation of JIRA incidents based on DCRUM alerts is technically possible, but it's going to require some programming to develop a custom script. Basically, when a DCRUM alert is generated, the parameters of that alert (application, start time, metric value, etc) can be passed to a "script recipient", e.g. a PowerShell script residing on the CAS file system.
