Just wanted to add a comment on the experience of upgrading to the 12.2 release of DCRUM.
As mentioned in the title above, the upgrade was from 12.0.2/3 to 12.2. Therefore a straight upgrade with no intermediates.
The usual upgrade plan was followed:
Whereby all install directories were checked after upgrade to ensure the success.
When checking the CAS - trying to access the UI from IE8, there seemed to be an issue, whereby the loading of the initial login screen was taking too long.
When investigating the CAS server log file, it turns out there was a database issue with the CAS, whereby the DB had not successfully upgraded.
The Fix: Recreated the schema and kept the last 7 days worth of data. (This was approved by the customer - please do ask before). We then left the CAS to catch-up on the 7 days of data.
AMD upgrade was successful thereafter, and successful monitoring restored.
