DCRUMSplunkdata has not been ingesting in splunk

Hi All,

'Dcrumsplunkapp’ data has not been ingesting in splunk. When we have a look at both DCRUM and Splunk logs everything seems good. This has been recurring so many times.. without our intervention data is being populated..We are not sure whats causing the issue..

DCRUM CAS server having memory issue..does it have any impact on ingesting data into Splunk?

Please let us know your suggestions on this?

Hello,


Let's try to do some more troubleshooting. Please, let me know:

  • Do you have names of your reports to be exported in partner-export.yaml file ?
  • What is value of the property PARTNER_EXPORT (General properties)
  • Is there a directory named partner_export in your server installation directory ?
  • What is value of property PARTNER_EXPORT_LAST_REST_TIMESTAMP (Advanced properties)
