Data from Zdata file not showing in CAS


I am missing Software services in my CAS, but when I look in Zdata files I can see the traffic. I was thinking maybe this is a license issue? Any other suggestions as to what could filtering out data from Zdata file?

You may filter out on CAS SSes, protocols, servers, clients, etc.

Go to http://yourCAS/DiagConsole#/advancedprops URL and search for RtmJob.* properties .

I assume you are on 12.3...

Not seeing any filtering done in those rtmjob. settings. The weird thing is that the data was showing showing up, but stopped in middle November. It looks to have stopped showing up when we added the additional nodes to our Cluster. Is there away to tell if the license on the CAS is affecting this?


That sounds a bit odd ... I'm affraid we need to see latest server.logs from all nodes ...
